The quote form asks the specific questions an estimator needs — issue, size, condition and timeline — so the first call is a confirmation rather than an interview.

Call, contact form, or quote request — which one is actually faster?

All three reach the same people, but choosing wrong is the most common reason a simple question takes three days instead of ten minutes.

Anything time-sensitive

Scheduling, an install date that has to move, a slab that's actively worsening, a facility with a shutdown window closing. Voice is also the right call for a real back-and-forth technical question.

Use the contact form

Questions without a project attached

Specification questions, warranty and maintenance follow-ups, or a homeowner who's a year out and just gathering information. It routes by subject line.

Use the quote form

A real slab and a real budget

If you have a space or slab you actually intend to fix or coat, the quote form is faster than both of the others — it captures issue type, size, condition and timeline up front.

Commercial & facility intake

What to include when you describe a facility project

Residential work is easy to describe — a garage is a garage, a driveway is a driveway. Facility work isn't, and the difference between a useful first message and a useless one is usually four or five sentences of detail that take you two minutes to write and save both of us a week of back-and-forth.

The most important thing you can tell us is what the floor or slab actually has to survive. "Warehouse floor, 14,000 square feet" describes an area. "Battery-charging aisle with acid drip, steel-wheel pallet jacks and a wash-down every Friday" describes a specification. The second one gets you a build that lasts; the first gets you a guess.

Tell us the operating window too. Almost every commercial coating or lifting decision is really a scheduling decision in disguise — overnight windows, a single holiday shutdown, or a bay-by-bay phased release all shape the crew size, the sequencing and the number itself.

If you're a general contractor, property manager or facilities engineer working from a specification, send it. We'll read the actual section, tell you plainly whether the specified system fits the substrate and exposure, and flag anything that will cause a problem under Florida's humidity and rainy season before it becomes a field change.

Useful details for a facility quote

  • Total area and whether it can be released in phases
  • Substrate: slab-on-grade, elevated deck, or existing coating
  • Traffic type — forklift, steel wheel, pallet jack, foot only
  • Chemical, thermal, and wash-down exposure
  • Drains, trenches, coving, expansion and control joints
  • Any regulatory or health-department requirement to satisfy
  • Shutdown windows, blackout dates, and access restrictions
  • Whether submittals or thickness reports are required

Areas we cover

One phone number for the entire state

Florida Polyurea works statewide, from the Panhandle to South Florida. The densest routes run through Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and most weeks a crew is somewhere in that grid daily. West-central counties — Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, Polk, Marion — see the heaviest sinkhole-related settlement calls, while South Florida's coastal metros see more marine, seawall and hurricane-exposure work.

Where you are changes the specification, not just the drive time. Tell us the city when you get in touch and the conversation starts in the right place.

Quick answers about reaching us

Technical questions about the material and process are answered at length on the FAQ page.

Go to the FAQ

How quickly will someone get back to me?

+

Calls placed during business hours are usually answered live, and if a crew is out on a job and nobody picks up, the callback is normally the same day. Form submissions and email are typically answered within one business day. If something is urgent — active flooding intrusion, a slab actively sinking further, a coating lifting under equipment — say so in the first line and it moves to the front of the queue.

Do you have an office I can visit?

+

No, and that's deliberate. We're a field operation — the injection rigs, the plural-component spray equipment and the crews are on job sites across Florida, not sitting in a retail space you'd ultimately pay for. Photos and finish samples come to you on the site visit, which is more useful anyway.

Can I send photos of my slab or floor?

+

Please do. Photos are the fastest way to move a conversation forward and routinely save a wasted site visit. Email them to josh@contractorschoiceagency.com or mention them in the form. Shoot the worst areas — cracks, sunken corners, peeling coating — plus one wide shot for scale.

Do you handle warranty and service calls through this page?

+

Yes. Select the warranty or maintenance topic in the form, or call the same number, and tell us roughly when the work was done and what you're seeing. Most service calls turn out to be maintenance questions rather than defects, and those get answered on the spot.
